Commission steps
1) Consultation
Reach out via the contact page below and we will set up a phone or email consultation, where we’ll discuss your project and pricing. (Please note an email consultation will expand the timeline of the project.)
2) Deposit
A 50% deposit is due up front before any work is done.
3) Sketch
You will receive a watermarked sketch within a week of sending in your deposit. You’ll get two edits to the sketch. Any further edits will cost 3% of the price of the piece.
4) Final draft
A final watermarked draft will be sent within 2- 3 weeks of your approval of the sketch.
One minor edit can be made at this time. Any major changes or additional minor changes to the project will cost 5%-20% of the price of the piece depending on the scale of the changes.
5) Profit
You’ll receive a high quality WeTransfer file of your commission. I receive the balance of the project. Enjoy your new custom art!


Posting/Duplication
Social media posting of the project is highly encouraged!  The logo and signature cannot be cropped. Credit must be given upon each posting. The Grin&BearIt social’s are below.
Rushes
Any work needed in under 3 weeks is subject to a rush fee. The rush fee will range from 5-25% of the price depending on your  timeline.
Cancellations
Cancellations can only be made before approval of the sketch. If you decide to cancel during the sketch phase, half of your deposit (25% of the price of the piece) will be refunded to you. The whole deposit is non refundable. Cancellations after the approval of the sketch are non refundable.​​​​​​​
All additional charges (rush fees, revision fees) are determined by the original calculated price of the work and will be added on at the end. Any additional fees will not add up to effect the percentages of potential later fees. Ex. An additional sketch edit will not make a later final draft major edit more expensive.
